Sleep Health Profile
The PDx Sleep Profile assesses individuals on six dimensions (time in bed, sleep traits, sleep environment, sleep habits, health and lifestyle, and sleep disorders) and 18 sub-dimensions known to influence sleep efficiency and subsequent levels of daytime tiredness.
The PDx Sleep Profile report summarises the results of this assessment in an easy to read and understand way. It isolates specific behaviours deemed “at risk” of causing poor sleep and provides a brief rationale of how these behaviours negatively affect sleep quality.
When used with a Sleep Essentials training package, the PDx Sleep Profile report forms a powerful tool to equip individuals with the motivation and know-how to make the changes they need to optimise their sleep and daytime performance.
